中国使用 VLESS + XTLS-Vision + REALITY 时出现间歇性限速

我在韩国部署了 xray-core 服务端，配置如下：
协议：VLESS + XTLS-Vision
传输层：TCP + REALITY
REALITY 目标：naver.com:443
fingerprint：chrome
客户端：中国大陆使用 v2rayNG（最新版）

问题描述：
连接本身没有被阻断，但从中国访问时会出现间歇性限速的现象：
有时下载速度被限制在 约 3 Mbps
有时可恢复到 约 20 Mbps，即我 ISP 的正常速度
限速时长从几分钟到数小时不等
没有断流现象，仅带宽下降

观察到的现象：
在 v2rayNG 中关闭 sniffing、启用 分片（fragment）、启用 mux，初期速度提升明显，但过一段时间后限速会再次出现

I’m running an xray-core server in South Korea with the following configuration:
Protocol: VLESS + XTLS-Vision
Transport: TCP + REALITY
REALITY dest: naver.com:443
fingerprint: chrome
Client: v2rayNG (latest version) from mainland China

Issue:
There is no active blocking from China’s side (connection is successful), but I’m experiencing intermittent bandwidth throttling:
Sometimes download speed is limited to ~3 Mbps
Other times it reaches ~20 Mbps, which is the normal speed for my ISP
Throttling usually lasts from a few minutes to several hours
There are no disconnects — only degradation in bandwidth

Observations:
Disabling sniffing, enabling fragmentation, and enabling mux in v2rayNG initially improves the speed, but throttling returns after some time

For general proxy purposes, the minimum standard of the target website: Websites out of China's GFW, support TLSv1.3 and H2, the domain name is not used for redirection (the main domain name may be used to redirect to www)

naver.com 会被重定向到 www.naver.com，且 www.naver.com 不支持 tls1.3

3. XTLS-Vision 与 mux 冲突。服务器流控为 Vision 时不会启用 mux，所以 初期速度提升明显 大概率是心理错觉
