How to edit icon and app name

May I ask how to edit its icon and app name in flie magager app like MT manager which can edit apk packages before it has been installed.
Hopefully, I want to know what's the flie name of the icon and which code in which flie of app name.

Now I have exploded a part.
The app name "V2rayNG" can be edited in </resources.arsc/com.v2ray.ang/string/app_name> (001C).
I have tried many methods, but I still cannot change its icon.
I have tried change yn.png, 9w.png, FS.png, RJ.png, o-.png to other png files, but it still shows original icon.
Hopefully, I want to know which file is app icon.

NOW I FIND IT SUCCESSFULLY !
The icon file is as.png!
File path: /res/as.png

But now I find a little problem.
The icon file is not only as.png .
Each device's DPI is not same, so there's many other icon files for other devices.
