Docstring cleanup (#2056)

* Fixed up module level and init() docstrings

* Cleaned up xmldocs, and fixed a bunch of strings

* Migrating changes from main repo to my fork. create* mostly done.

* Cleaning up docstrings. Including actual object return types.

* Cleaning up documentation. Testing example functions and fixing as necessary.

* Too many things. Formatting fixed on lots of stuff.

* More Canvas.py docstrings cleaned up.

* Formatting fixes.

* Canvas/manageElements TODOs through G (mostly)

* Mostly finished with most of Canvas. Have minor questions on a bunch of functions.

* Canvas formatting done. Missing some info.
