wrapping in projection not quite working

example that shows how the point wrapping are drawn going to the other end instead of "just before the point". It could be a cell vs point issue. But I think the "wrap" bit will keep introducing this issue.

it's in the test suite I added yester 555_updaed_for_meshfil

I think it's the basic_siofill_proj_pol or something like that.
