add running tests with nompi, openmpi and mpich libnetcdf (#13)

* run with nompi, mpich and openmpi libnetcdf

* remove references to conda_env_export

* removed references to 'make_doc_test'

* use 'validateNightlyNew' branch of cdat

* fixed flake8 failures

* fixed tests/test_wk_flake8.py

* upload only from master and run coverage

* remove vcs from recipe's run section

* adding cdutil into run section of recipe

* added vcs back to the 'run' section of recipe
