How to disable mobile editor

I have CODE running in a docker as an instance for Nextcloud Office. I work on a desktop computer and iPad and some update (2-3 months ago) forced my to have the mobile editor (mobile view) on iPad. I would much rather have the desktop editor view, though. Is there any way to force the desktop editor when using Nextcloud Office with the iPad?

Also, for some reason, I can't find a setting to disable dark mode in the mobile editor.
