How are proposal fees calculated?
For DFIPs: 50 DFI for Vote of Confidence, or 500 DFI for reallocation of block rewards.

I suggest to remove "for Vote of Confidence, or 500 DFI for reallocation of block rewards"

Why is this needed:

500 DFI for reallocation of block rewards has not been implemented
VoC is not used in the Community, but usually called "DFIP"
