UI - refactor redirect logic from DEX to poolpair page

What would you like to be added:

• Refactor DEX redirect to poolpair page. Whenever tokenA has more than one pair, it should change the redirect url.

• Create a react hook to make sure it has one single source of truth for these pairs for both web and mobile
