Add whale-api version to /stats/

What would you like to be added:

As seen in https://ocean.defichain.com/v0/mainnet/stats, the underlying node version can be seen in the statistics of an OCEAN API.

The version of the WHALE-API is not visible there, but it would be an enormous relief for monitoring and updating the nodes, if the version is also displayed there.
Alternatively, another query option that works externally.
