Bump minimatch and gh-pages in /__site

Removes [minimatch](https://github.com/isaacs/minimatch). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [gh-pages](https://github.com/tschaub/gh-pages). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `minimatch`

Updates `gh-pages` from 5.0.0 to 6.3.0
