Needs simple way to turn off key binds, reset menu options

Sorry in case this has been mentioned before, still new to Github.

For keyboard controls menu, you should add a simple way to totally turn off a key bind (in case we don't want to accidentally hit rewind or turbo or something). As of now, there's no way to completely disable a key bind.

Also: you should add a simple way to reset all menu options to their original defaults.
