Overview

Laravel application managing the full lifecycle of library instruction requests — scheduling, librarian assignment, statistics, and exports. Solo developer: Gustavo Lanzas. Stakeholders are librarians and library staff.

Working Rules

  • Always plan before acting — investigate current state before proposing changes
  • Never make changes unless explicitly instructed

  • Root folder for this project: /Users/gustavo.lanzas/basic-memory/instruction-requests/instruction-requests-laravel-app/
  • Never write a note to a bare subcategory — always use the full path e.g. /Users/gustavo.lanzas/basic-memory/instruction-requests/instruction-requests-laravel-app/bugs/
  • Note titles must be specific, not generic
