feat(deployment): add Balatro automation script

- Add comprehensive balatro.sh script for Balatro instance management
- Support multiple concurrent instances with port specification
- Cross-platform compatibility (macOS with Steam, Linux with Proton)
- Implement headless and fast mode environment variable configuration
- Add process cleanup, port availability checking, and force-kill functionality
- Include status monitoring and logging for each instance
- Support graceful shutdown with signal handling and cleanup functions
- Validate port ranges and prevent duplicate instance conflicts
