Now you can change scoop's tracking repository to your own fork like this:

$ scoop config SCOOP_REPO "https://github.com/h404bi/scoop"
$ scoop config SCOOP_BRANCH "patch-17"
$ scoop update

This is really helpful for scoop development.

BE CAREFUL: If you changed to a branch/fork which is kinda "older" than the official repo, you probably can not change it back.
