Description

For bash shims, exit and warn there's no git.

Motivation and Context

Closes main/neofetch fails to install if git isn't installed Main#4056
Closes [Bug] neofetch: ForEach-Object : Cannot bind argument to parameter 'Path' because it is null. Main#3968
