Description: This package provides a comprehensive set of functions to perform univariate trilinear partial least squares regression. It includes a cross-validation routine to tune the number of components, the regression estimator, a summary function, a predict function, an intervals function to compute prediction uncertainty, a routine to compute the jacobian matrices of the tri-PLS regression coefficients, as well as a plot function with various options.
