chore(deps): bump tmp and eslint in /miniprogram/tcb-demo-video

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint). These dependencies need to be updated together.
