ipfs dht and speed

without tor, ipfs doxes you by publishing you and all your content to the dht for everyone to triangulate, and it is also incredibly slow

however I'm guessing this project overcomes that by restricting the dht to the tor interface of the community, so only each community is aware of everyone in their community's ipfs content only for their community, and speed is quick as again, it is just within the community
