This is the primary repository for documents related to Write the Docs-SLC.
If you'd like to contribute, feel free to add documents to the repo from within the GitHub web client. If you'd like to contribute while also practicing Git, clone this project, create a new local branch (from dev), commit and push local changes, and then open a PR to merge back into dev.
Keep in mind that the files in this repo consist of a range of file types optimized for use in different software applications. The files in this repo contain practical information about the WTD-SLC meetup group, and are not the source files to build any web site or application.

Documents for WTD SLC are created primarily with the following tools:
- Scribus. Open source page layout software simliar to InDesign. Version 1.5.x (the development branch) is much easier to use than previous versions, but it can take a while to get used to Scribus. https://www.scribus.net/
- Inkscape. Open source vector graphics editor. https://inkscape.org/en/
