How to verify files?

Sorry for the dumb question, i'm a total noob. How do you verify files after the initial setup? e created the par2 files a week ago and wanted to verify just to understand how it works and i can't find the option

Though there is Japanese description page, it's not useful for English users. The usage of MultiPar is mostly same as QuickPar. I found some articles on the Internet.
