Add blizzlike localizations for boost/scroll mail strings.
Values taken as follows: MAIL_RESURRECTION_SUBJECT/BODY: Entry 344 from MailTemplate.db2, BODY from 342, SUBJECT from 434. MAIL_BOOST_SUBJECT: Entry 24834 from GlobalStrings.db2 from 342 MAIL_BOOST_BODY: Entry 403 from MailTemplate.db2 from 342 Only one adjustment made to remove explicit level 90 mention from zhCN boost subject.
