Simple DevIcon + LuaLine Theme Integration + Mode-Syncing

The killer feature of this setup is that Incline's floating statuslines sync up with LuaLine's theme for a given mode, including active/inactive.

• The Incline colors now dynamically follow the LuaLine theme with no additional effort from the user!
• If LuaLine is unavailable, then it falls back to using the filetype icon colors for the entire floating status line.
• The icon colors now also dim when inactive! (not shown in current screenshot)
