Icon + Filename | Navic + Diagnostics + GIT Diff + Clock | + Everything in the pipes is only shown on focus

The icon & filename is stationary for all files, but the rest of the statusline is only shown in the focused window. I actually don't use a statusline, so this is a great minimal alternative
