Show full filename in diff mode

I've always just wanted to show the filename, but often when diffing files they have the same name which obviously gets confusing. Here's a quick fix to show the full path if in diff mode.

I'm considering adding a check for if the filenames are actually identical, and also a function to truncate the parts of the path that are identical.
