Thanks @ayushtamra I'll merge this. There is still text that needs to be updated -- in terms of the questions that we ask and things like that. But this is an excellent start to build from.

Question: For the longer answers, can you provide text boxes and not just text fields?

Regarding the question, we can use type as textarea, in the fields which there may be long answers, I have tested that too but a bit confused about which questions to include in it.
So for that I am including the textarea type for the questions which I feel may get a long answer from the applicant, and I will be happy to work, if there is any scope of correction based on that

I just made a PR related to it adding the textareas for long answer questions and dropdown for yes/no type questions
