❓ FAQ

Q: Which combo should we launch first?

A: All three simultaneously (March 20). They don't cannibalize each other and parallel execution is faster.

Q: What if one combo fails?

A: Continue with the others. Each is independent. Failing fast on low performers allows pivoting to Combos 5, 4, 12.

Q: What's the revenue potential?

A: $0-120K ARR in year 1, depending on which combos win. Most likely: $20-50K ARR by end of 2026.

Q: Do we compete with Claw X?

A: No. Claw X owns "simple personal agent for everyone." Cato owns "auditable agent for technical users." Different market, no direct competition.

Q: When do we launch Combo 2 (marketplace)?

A: Only after Combo 1 reaches 5K+ users (probably Q3 2026). Premature marketplace has no supply/demand.

Q: What if validation shows no interest?

A: Conduct user interviews to understand positioning miss. Likely pivot to Combo 4 (industry specialist) or Combo 12 (consulting).

Q: How much will this cost?

A: Mostly sweat equity (internal engineering + marketing). Infrastructure: ~$50-200/month (domain, hosting, etc.). No paid customer acquisition needed (organic marketing).
