On my laptop, which is getting on a bit now, the Chocolatey GUI splash screen stays on the screen for several tens of seconds before the main window appears. This wouldn't be a problem, except the splash is always on top, obscuring other things on my screen in the meantime.

It would be very useful to me if the splash could not always be on top, so I can get on with other things while Chocolatey GUI starts up.
