How do you restart a service?

I loaded up Cockpit today to check on my Linux server and was greeted with several errors about being unable to update packages:

I have no clue why I'm seeing this, but a quick Google search says that restarting the PackageKit service should un-stick things. So I head over to the Services page and open the service and... I don't see any way to control the service. How come there's no way to start or stop or restart a service through the UI? This seems like an omission.

Sheesh, okay, never mind about this question. I just noticed the 3-dots menu to the right of the service name: the service actions are in that menu. Maybe this could be made more obvious? There's plenty of space on this page (on desktop) so hiding things in a three-dots menu is perhaps a bit silly.
