Note, ML_code_clean.qmd was not used in the preterm project. SweMaMi_PTB_ML.md follows the output obtained from the pre analysis to clean the original raw data to build models. The swemami_PTB_pre_ML_analysis.md file shows how the analysis was perfomed. This analysis was performed separately for vaginal and fecal sequences.
