fix(docs): rename homepage tab from 'PowerNetbox Documentation' to 'Home'

Material uses the page title as the navigation tab label. The previous
title was redundant on a site already named PowerNetbox - 'Home' is the
expected idiom for the landing tab and matches the spec navigation
mockup.
