You might be able to simplify a bit if using --assets and --filter instead of constructing URL on your own.
Example:

lastversion powershell --assets --filter win-x64.msi

Should give you this output:

https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/releases/download/v7.1.3/PowerShell-7.1.3-win-x64.msi
