As a contributor,
I want to standardize the user interface and fix existing layout inconsistencies across the ICHub Core modules,
so that the platform provides a more cohesive, professional, and bug-free visual experience for all users.

Acceptance Criteria

• UI Standardization: Implement a unified header style and color palette for all core modules (Contact List, Catalog, Serialized Parts, and Passports).
• KIT Features Improvements: Fix the sidebar selection state on the root path and correct the alignment/centering of KIT cards.
• Layout Optimization: Remove redundant scrollbars in the KIT details page and ensure the application is fully responsive.
• Visual Bug Fixes: Resolve z-index issues between the "Available Features" panel and navigation elements, ensuring correct layering with the header.
• Navigation Refinement: Update the "Back" button in the Catalog Part details for better integration with the sidebar layout.
• Visual Consistency: Remove unnecessary hover shadows on KIT feature icons.
