- For each uploaded and checked ZIP file, the QC status is shown (‘B’ on picture 1):
- Passed: all checks passed, delivery can be submitted to EEA
- Partial: some checks were skipped
- Failed: one or more of the checks have not passed (e.g. there are missing attributes or incorrect geometries, see the reports)
- Click on the hyperlink in the QC Status column (‘I’ on picture 1) to view detailed results, this will display a result page with the list of all the checks (picture 3). The checks (lines) are colour coded- green = ok, red = not ok
- QC status in detailed report: ok, cancelled, aborted, …
- The result page also contains:
- JSON Report- check results in machine-readable format (‘a’ on picture 3)
- PDF report- this report can be downloaded for future reference (‘b’ on picture 3)
- Attachments (by each check in the ‘Attachments’ column)- attachments can be used to locate shapes with failed checks (e.g. shapes with invalid geometries or wrong class codes). Each attachment is available for download as a GeoPackage (.gpkg) file with locations of problematic polygons (‘c’ on picture 3)
- The result page has a link to ‘QC job history’ with a table of QC jobs run on deliveries with the same file name. Each entry in the job history page shows the overall result and a list of any checks that were skipped (‘d’ on picture 3).
