Add JSInterop invocations handlers for <Virtualize> component

When a component under test users the <Virtualize> component, the JSInterop in the TextContext should be set up to correctly handle the "init call" to JavaScript, and by default trigger one of the OnSpacerBeforeVisible and OnSpacerAfterVisible to trigger a full load.
