fix(website): remove yarn.lock to use npm for Netlify builds

Netlify auto-detects yarn when yarn.lock is present, but yarn v1 does
not support npm overrides. Removing yarn.lock ensures Netlify uses npm
with package-lock.json, which correctly applies the overrides for
webpack, serialize-javascript, and uuid.
