Light colorscheme being used for notification when bg=dark

I'm sure I'm just not looking in the right place, but I can't figure out why my Noice notification doesn't match the colorscheme. It seems like it's using bg=light mode? And it's getting cut off by my cursorcolumn (and other things). Using colorscheme solarized.

Any ideas or suggestions on what to search for?
