When changing beans, I often refer to archived brews with same/similar beans, to quickly get started with a good grind size.
Now it happens that after disassembling and cleaning the grinder, its calibration is slightly "off" compared to before dis- and reassembly, which I would have to take into account when looking at archived brews' grind size settings.
I outline my current two approaches, but would like to know how you are handling this issue (or not, perhaps it's just me?).
So, is there a better way?
