Abs. 2: Gemäss USG führt der Bundesrat eine Liste mit beschwerdeberechtigten Organisationen. Könnte man analog hier auch vorsehen? Sonst müsste man diese Formulierung noch etwas ändern. (Anm. B. Maag) |
