Issue with conneting via VLESS

Hi.
Could you help me pls to debug an issue:

Using Hiddify 4.1.1 on Windows 10 (latest update).
The connection timeout only on this PC after 10–30 minutes of working. Sometimes reinstalling the Hiddify app helps to fix it, but after a while the timeout returns.
On mobile and another PC with Windows 11, everything works fine using the same subscription account (VLESS).
The Windows firewall was turned off, and the Hiddify folder and .exe file were added to the whitelist.

In Hiddify, I found logs only related to issues with the Windows firewall
At VPN server side all restrictions (IPlimit and others) are disabled.

Please help me gow to fix it?
