chaincode install failed with status: 500

Description

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I encountered an error when deploying the chaincode. The error message was: "chaincode install failed with status: 500 - failed to invoke backing implementation of 'InstallChaincode': could not build chaincode: docker build failed: docker image build failed: write unix @->/run/docker.sock: write: broken pipe".

It sounds similar to the Docker version incompatibility reported in #5350. If so, it should be resolved in the latest v2.5.x and v3.1.x Fabric releases.
