Can fzf-lua be opened instead of netrw for "nvim ." or opening "nvim directory"

Is it possible to have fzf-lua take over the functionality from netrw for when "nvim ." is used, or when you nvim <dir name>?

I generated this poc using chatgpt, and it's working. Just wondering if there is a "native" fzf-lua config option.
