No 2FA response

Using icloudpd version:1.32.2, commit sha:dd5a421 - When trying to connect , I do not receive any 2fa code. I've tried:

icloudpd --username my@email.address --password my_password --auth-only

using proper credentials, and it results in:

but no code is ever received. I am completely unable to connect. I have been happily connecting and downloading prior to this.

Check issues. Temp workaround is there until someone can put the fix into this project.
