Hello,
Tried to find similar issue with no success. The thing is: We fully migrated to immich and 2 of the iphones already backed up successfully , but the 3rd one is failing with half of the assets. Background refresh and battery optimizer are correctly setup. We left the phone all the night, with display ON, but still i get this error (see attachment). Could you please advice, where could be the issue, and how to resolve it?

We really do need the requested detail, especially the logs from both the app and the server.

Ok, I will try to ask about that and will attach logs.
Meanwhile, could it be the issue related to the icloud , because some of the assets are synced in iCloud, which i wanna get rid of? And another question, is it possible just to connect the iPhone with cable, and upload what is missing ? And then from now on - everything will be OK, I believe?
