Add progress modal, hide Send tab, use cosmos.directory endpoints

- Add transfer progress modal matching reference design
  - Shows 3 steps: Burning USDC → Attesting → Minting
  - Step icons update (spinner/checkmark/pending)
  - Transaction hash links when steps complete
  - Transfer details (Receiver, Amount, Fee)
  - Success state with Receipt link and Bridge Again button

- Hide Send tab (Noble requires protobuf encoding)
  - Direct users to Noble Express or cctp.money for burns
  - Tool now focuses on relay recovery (its core value)

- Switch to cosmos.directory aggregated endpoints
  - REST: rest.cosmos.directory/noble (queries)
  - RPC: rpc.cosmos.directory/noble (broadcast)
  - Renamed element IDs from nobleRpc to nobleRestApi

- Remove accidentally committed screenshots folder
