Vite Cloudflare plugin env forwarding

As the Cloudflare plugin for Vite has wranglerd running in a different process, it was losing env variables provided via fnox exec.

Fortunately you can forward them adding this little config to the Vite plugin

Note: this forwards all process.env variables, not just those from fnox, though you could add custom filtering, allowlisting, etc if needed. If really necessary it should be possible to spawn a child process, run fnox list to provide an automated allowlist inferred from fnox.toml.
