Mouse wheel - skip X lines

Hi.

I found a possibility to setup mouse wheel either to PageUp/Down or single up/down arrows.

Would be possible to have next conf. item, something like "Wheel Mouse X Lines = 10", for example ?
(skip 10 lines up or down, internally generate 10 up/down arrow keys)

I still need to work in Foxpro DOS sometimes
and such feature would be best for me (in source code) and also for my customers (for listing in data).
Page skipping is way much for scrolling in many cases.
