PC-98 games that hard code EMS page frame address

There are PC-98 games that support or require EMS, and for whatever reason, they require the EMS page frame to exist at a specific address (or they will crash).

Are you sure that the game hard codes the page frame?
At least Harlem Blade isn't.
You can see it's in high resolution mode, that EMS has to be enabled.

Yes. I had the debugger break on calls to EMS. The game calls EMS to ask for the page frame segment, and then ignores it if the segment is not C000h. Then when it loads the actual game it loads things into 0000:0000, trashes the interrupt vector table, and crashes.
