eslint-language-server over eslint_d?

I noticed that lsp_config added support for microsoft's eslint-language-server. I haven't used it myself yet but I heard that it works quite well. Do you think it's something that could or should be used over eslint_d at this point?

I just gave it a try, and while it has some bugs / quirks, it seems to work well overall, especially for code actions. It seems slightly slower than eslint_d for me, most likely because of the overhead required for actual language server communication, but it's not major.

Once the bugs are resolved, I imagine null-ls and the language server will provide a similar experience in cases where you could conceivably run eslint $FILE from the command line and everything would work. However, I get a lot of questions from users with more complex setups / config needs, and I hope the language server continues to develop to handle those cases. (Their code action handling is probably also a lot more consistent.)

If it gets good enough and things like formatting work out-of-the-box, I'd start directing users of the ESLint functionality from this plugin there.
