React 19/React Router 7

Hey peeps,

I am working in a bigger monorepo which already is on react 19. Having a medusa application in this brings a lot of issues as it relies on react 18.x and react router 6.x

So, my idea would be to also update medusa to react 19.

I did it locally and it works pretty well. The only thing which does not work is react router for custom routes.

I agree, I am forced to work with old Next.js and Tanstack query versions.
