Description

Currently, the UI could be more intuitive for students uploading new achievements. I propose adding a few minor UX enhancements to improve the workflow.

Proposed Changes

• Add a "Loading" state/spinner to the submit button to prevent double-submissions.
• Add client-side validation to ensure mandatory fields (like Title/Date) are filled before clicking submit.
• Improve the color contrast on the "Status" badges (Pending/Approved) for better accessibility.

Why this is needed

This will reduce user errors and make the dashboard feel more responsive and professional.
